1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. How to Return
Please contact us first at soundcovesho@proton.me to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your instrument arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
